You do not need to request a quotation — we have a fixed price. When you are ready, please follow this process:
- Email your site plan to admin@greenviewdesign.com.au.
- We'll review the plan and send you the invoice.
- You pay the invoice.
- We'll issue the plan within 5 working days once payment is received.
If you require any change, just let us know.
What details are required for a landscape plan?
Different developers and councils have their own requirements, but in general we need:
- The final site plan for your proposed house. Your architect should be able to provide this in DWG format.
- The developer's guidelines.
- Your preferred planting schedule (if any), planting placement and fencing types.
- Driveway material and colours.
- Location of bin storage and water service kit, if any.
- Front fencing and letterbox materials and colours, if any.
- Required percentage of native plants.
Please also mention any other requirements you have.
Do you guarantee approval from developers and council?
We specialise in residential landscape design plans. Before we send any plan to a customer, our dedicated team checks and ensures that all requirements are met. We 100% guarantee our service and will change the plan as many times as required if there is any issue with the approval.
You do not have to worry about approval — it's our job to make sure everything is compliant before the plan reaches you.
When will my landscape plan be ready?
We endeavour to complete and send your plan as soon as possible. Our standard delivery time is 5 working days from payment, and most plans are delivered within 3.
What does the $450 fixed price include?
The $450* price covers a complete concept landscape plan for a single new residential house on land up to 550 sqm. It includes the garden layout, hard and soft landscape areas, fencing, landscape area percentage, a full plant schedule, and any amendments required by your developer or council for approval.
My block is over 550 sqm or a knock down rebuild — how much will it cost?
Knock down and rebuild landscape plans start from $900*, and larger blocks are priced on land size and scope. Email us your site plan and we'll confirm a fixed price before any work begins.
Are changes and amendments free?
Yes. Any alteration required due to developer or council requirements is free of charge. We turn amendments around quickly — often within a couple of hours on the same day.
Can I choose my own plants and materials?
Absolutely. Let us know your preferred plants, placement, fencing, driveway and letterbox materials, and we'll include them wherever they meet your developer's guidelines and council requirements (for example, a minimum percentage of native plants).
What is a water service plan?
A water service plan is prepared for approval purposes only. Residential water service plans start from $400* (inc GST), and can be ordered on their own or together with your landscape plan. Contact us with your site plan and we'll confirm what's required.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. While most of our work is across Sydney councils, we prepare landscape concept plans for new residential homes all over Australia. Send us your site plan and local requirements and we'll take it from there.
Can I use the plan to build my garden?
Our plans are concept landscape design plans issued for council and developer approval, and are not construction drawings. Once approved, your landscaper or builder can use the plan as a guide for layout, materials and planting.
