We provides landscape concept plans for submission to developers or local councils with development applications for new residential homes all over Australia. Different councils have their own requirements when it comes to development application. Our designers are aware of all the councils requirements and guarantee approval from DCPs (Development Control Plans) and councils.
We would like to get your ideas, goals and specific needs. We suggest a number of ideas, discuss layout, materials and provide best possible design within your budget. We review developer and council requirements based on your area and land sizes. We try our best to fit your ideas as per the guidelines.

How to request a landscape plan.You do not need to request a quotation. We have a fixed price. When you are ready please follow the process - 1. Send email to: admin@greenviewdesign.com.au with your site plan. 2. We'll review the plan and send you the invoice. 3. You pay the amount. 4. We'll issue the plan within 5 working days once the payment is received. If you require any change, let us know.

What details are required in a landscape plan?Different developers and council have their own requirements. But in general following details are required to complete landscape design plan - 1. Final site plan for your proposed house. You architect should be able to provide the plan in dwg format. 2. Developer's Guideline 3. Your preferred planting schedule if any, planting placement and fencing types. 4. Driveway material and colours. 5. Location of bin and water service kit if any. 6. If any your front fencing and letter box materials and color. 7. Percentage of native plants. Any other requirement you would like to mention

Before we send any plans to our customer our dedicated team checks and ensures that all requirements are met. We 100% guarantee our services to our customer. We'll change as many times required if any issue with the approval. You do not have to worry about approval. This is our job to ensure all are compliant before sends plan to our customer.

When will my landscape plan be ready?We endeavour to complete and send the plan to you as soon as possible. But our standard time to deliver the design in 5 working days.
